At BASIC Engineering, we take our role as Project Manager seriously—we are diligent about establishing strong working relationships with our customers and assuring clear and concise communication. We make sure the Owner’s requirements for budget and schedule is clear and consistent and that all contracts, including design, construction management, testing and inspection are compatible with these requirements.
Basic Engineering provides a full range of construction management services to develop and build your project. Basic Engineering’s staff of engineers are experienced with traditional construction, design/build, outsourcing and other project delivery approaches.
Project Management Services
- Assist in the development of the conceptual phase of your project
- Interview your staff to fully understand the project requirements
- Hand in hand with your staff, integrate the conceptual phase and project requirements to begin defining the scope of your project.
- Prepare a preliminary project schedule to begin documenting what needs to be done and when it needs to be completed.
- Further define the scope of work and prepare a preliminary cost estimate.
- Assist in preparing proposals for procuring the services of design professionals.
- Review proposals of design professionals and make recommendations based on the information submitted and reference checks.
- Manage your project during the design phase to ensure project will be completed on time, within budget, and meet the project requirements.
- Assist during the bidding phase to ensure timely response to contractor’s questions by the design professionals.
